Autumn Leaves

I look forward to going to the pumpkin patch all year long and so does this little girl!

All year long she asks me when can we go back to the pumpkin patch? I tell her we have to wait until the pumpkins are orange again!

This is my sixth year returning to the most sincere pumpkin patch of all. It's right across the street from a beautiful lake that has the most incredible sunsets.

I was not able to go over there as much as I normally do during the weeks before Halloween because of Halloween party preparations. I will have to try something different next year because I keep feel like I have missed my favorite part of the season!

I need a hero!

I helped one of my nearest and dearest friends with her little girl's third birthday party.
The party was... SUPER!

I made the backboard for the party. I covered a science fair project board with hot pink material. I cut the cityscape out with my cricut on glitter black paper and then taped a battery powered light kit to the back of it. I made the banner out of Kapow letters to have that super hero comic look.

We used the pink and black table tutu I made for a previous birthday party.

The super heroes had their pictures taken in front of a super flag backdrop with another cityscape cut from my cricut. They turned out so cute!

And, that's all I did for this party... but it was TOO AMAZING of a party not to share!

Super mom & Super Dad
Super Mom & the Birthday Girl
The super amazing grandparents and sister of the birthday girl!
The Obstacle course was too cute!

The two fantastic uncles of the birthday girl were the villains that stole the candy from the party. The super heroes had to shoot them with silly string to win the candy back. It was the BEST GAME EVER!
One of the best uncles in the world!
(I just loved this picture!)
And this is the hostess with the mostest helping a hero shoot one of the evil villain uncles!
I absolutely love collaborating with this friend! I just adore her and and her creativity!

P.S. This is the back of the little cape I did for one of the hero's. Way cute!
P.P.S. And here is a comic version of one of the pictures of the the heroes.
I just loved it, so I had to share!
